There are three opportunities to begin the program each year.
The upcoming start date is:
December 16, 2019
We encourage you to apply as early as possible before the start of each term to allow sufficient time for application evaluation.
Online Master of Science in Criminal Justice candidates must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. There are no prerequisites and you may apply with an undergraduate degree in any field.
The recommended minimum GPA is 3.0, however, we believe that your entire body of work provides a more accurate reflection of your potential to succeed. Therefore, you are still encouraged to apply if you do not meet the minimum GPA.
In order to complete the application, you must submit the following:
- Completed application
- Personal statement describing your goals and aspirations and how this degree will help you attain them (500 words).
- Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and/or universities. See below for more information.
- Letter of recommendation from a previous professor or employer.

Note: GRE test scores are not required.
